BMW . IAA (2017)
MEIRÉ und MEIRÉ joined forces with Rekorder, Wolf Productions and ARRI Media for this massive project for BMW's
appearence on the 2017 german automobile trade fair IAA. Beside the content for smaller screens and events on the excibition
stand, a 20 min long film was produced for the main show. It was crafted in 9k for three massive main LEDs (48m x 7,20m)
and a total of 7 additional, moving LEDs. Different product categories were highlighted in multiple live action and full cg segments.
I initially supported Rekorder with the look developement and produced styleframes for different cg parts of the show.
Later on ARRI Media asked me to join their awesome team in Munich for the production of the final film.
I was responsible for all aspects of the I-Segment including look dev, rigging, lighting and shading, as well as previs and camerawork.
Daniela Herrman and me worked closely on these tasks and led a team which assisted us with the final production.
Occasionally I assisted the M-Team in their workflow.
I'm thanking the good folks at ARRI Media, Rekorder and my fellow freelancers for the good times and the hard work.
